I was afraid of ordering a refurbished product but it came in on-time and was in excellent condition. I actually had the h700 in blue from Anker before purchasing this model from Reebelo. When I took my first call the headset fit well and the sound was clear and the person on the other end said they heard me clearly as well. Features seem to work as expected as well. I just opened the box yesterday.
