I ordered an refurbished ipad , cosmetic is 8/10 but the battery life is 79%%% which is recommended by Apple to replace the battery when it is less than 80% so I have to pay extra money to replace the battery

I bought my IPad Air 4 on December 20th of 2024 and I haven't thought about reviewing until I had the iPad for a long while to see if it'll perform well after nearly 2 years. And safe to say, it does! I bought the iPad in excellent condition. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of this website until my friend recommended it to me as she has also bought an IPad from this site as well.

Since I ordered from December during the holidays, shipping took a longer time, but it was atleast a week and a half until I received my package.

However, when I received my package, I found the iPad was not secured properly inside the package to prevent any serious damages while in transit. I was lucky the iPad didn't come damaged. But! Reebelo has different sellers per product, so everyone's experience can be different so I can't hold them completely accountable, but I'd still like others to be wary of this and do hope Reebelo can make sure their sellers provide proper package safety to prevent damaged devices(But again, this was in 2024, so things have probably improved since then). For example, my friend, when she received her package, it had packing peanuts while mine did not and that is because we had different sellers unfortunately.

Now, about the iPad. It came with a Verizon charger, I don't believe it's an official apple one. But it lasted long and charged quickly. I don't have any issues with the iPad itself, it works perfectly fine! It barely had any scratches. Only small one or two scratches on the back that are BARELY noticeable.

Gaming has been good on this iPad too. And since I had it for 2 years, for it to still be performing as good as when I got it, it's definitely earned my trust on Reebelo and I'd definitely consider ordering from them again when I need another refurbished device.
