I love this phone. The purchase was super simple. I bought an iPhone 14 Plus with 256GB and excellent rating. My only regret is not adding the extras like the glass protector. It arrived the NEXT day!! Super happy.

Ordered IPhone in premium quality which specified no scratches on screen. Phone arrived with a couple very minor scratches on screen but everything else was pristine quality. Good price for refurbished iPhone

The website was easy to navigate and simple to buy the phone I wanted. I received the purchase invoice, but did not receive the shipping notification until 7 hours after the product was delivered to the post office and after it was closed for the weekend which was annoying. I didn't receive any updates from Aus Post either which was unusual. But, once I'd finally got my phone, it is great. High quality and in excellent condition therefore I am happy to still give 5 stars.
