Overall, the phone arrived in excellent condition and the delivery was prompt. However, I was disappointed that the charging cable provided was not an original Apple accessory. I expected an Apple-compatible product to come with genuine accessories, or at least for this to be clearly disclosed before purchase.

The device itself works well, but I am not happy with the non-original charging cable that was included. This affected my overall experience.

Missing a star as it arrived a day later than advertised (which caused some difficulty for the project it was intended for) and no warning or apology was provided. Also tax invoice is for a slightly lower amount than was actually paid which is causing unnecessary grief in the accounts department.
