The used MacBook I ordered arrived in like-new condition. Setup and data transfer from my old MacBook to my new was seamless. The computer arrived in timely fashion.

One caveat: The company shipped the computer signature-required. That created some hiccups, as I was living at a different address than the specified delivery address.

Be aware that you have to be physically present to sign for delivery, or make alternative arrangements.
