The product was fine, but going through Rebello.ca meant the refurbished electronic device I chose was sourced in the US and added import duties; this should be upfront info not something after the order is nearing completion. Also, the shipping route was circuitous (9 locations to go 2500 kms?) and subsequently the package was later than promised. This might be the fault of the shipping company they used but something they should look into.

I ordered an iPad on Tuesday(March 18, 2025) and received it the following Monday(March 24, 2025). Although there was a slight delivery delay due to USPS, that was out of Reebelo’s control. The iPad arrived in even better condition than expected—there was some wear on the back, but the screen only had three light scratches visible up close and a few micro scratches only noticeable under direct light.
Performance has been great so far. The battery lasts a long time, and it handles media consumption and light games like Terraria, Minecraft, and Roblox with no issues. Even multitasking across multiple apps on iPadOS 18 runs smoothly.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and will definitely buy from Reebelo again.
