I ordered the wrong product (iphone). Realised my mistake when was setting it up. Arranged to have it returned and ordered the correct iphone model.
Reebelo refunded my initial purchase and arranged for return shipping docket, I then used this at the Post Office.
3 working days later, after they checked that, it was as I described (Unpacked and not used) I received a refund. This is as they said it would be. Only issue? was that description of why I wanted a refund required pictures, which is a little tedious, BUT understandable. Gives me confidence in my second purchase should any issues arrive. Satisfaction Guarantee met. Thank you
