Other than the box there was no way to tell this phone was a refurbished version. The savings are well worth it!
I needed some older tech and Reebelo had it for a fraction of any other site with refurbished tech.
I got exactly what I ordered from Reebelo in a timing manner in almost new condition for a very good price. I originally ordered the exact phone on Amazon fulfilled by a vendor called Privi Tech and "paid up" for one in "good condition." The receiver volume was very low. I took it to the Apple Store, they tested it, and said the microphone and receiver speaker "failed." When I contacted the Privi Tech they offered a refund of $30. I told them I wanted a replacement phone. They wouldn't comply and instead instructed me to send the phone back and purchase another phone from another vendor. So, I found Reebelo. Before I did anything, I took the phone I received from Reebelo to the Apple store and it checked out fine!

I ordered a phone and added a set of ear buds. Then notified that they were out of stock. I was refunded, but would have rather just been able to get the buds. Please update your inventory. Otherwise my experience was great.

I received this phone in 2 days! Very quick. The phone itself is in near perfect condition. Almost no scratches or spots on the body or LCD. There are 2 things worth mentioning though: 1- the battery was at 89% which is normal for a “Good” refurbished phone. 2- the phone did not come with a SIM tray, and was only eSIM compatible. Had my carrier not supported eSIM, I would have to go through the painful process of returning the phone. So, I think it should be mentioned in bold letters that a phone is without a SIM tray to prevent unnecessary disappointments. Overall I am very happy to have purchased this phone and will be a returning customer in the near future. 5 star company, 5 star products!
