I ordered a flip phone about a month ago which came quickly, well-packaged, and in good condition as advertised. (Although, there wasn't a very detailed description in the first place). When, after trying it, I decided the product wasn't what I actually wanted, the return process was easy, reasonable, and also fast. Overall very impressed and I hope this company can hold a space in the consumer market. I'm hoping the second hand phone can go back out on to the seller's shelves after return.
