The package arrived far sooner than expected. The item matched the description. My new used laptop is in fantastic condition. I was a bit worried as the shell is considerably smaller than my old laptop of the same screen size, but it was the same screen size only in a more compact housing. Excellent!

Quick delivery, phone arrived as described. It seems the new battery we paid for was not OEM hence the battery health is not detected. I guess it didn't state we would be getting a genuine battery so I can't really complain but I think this should have been stated.
