The laptop I ordered is in incredible conditions and it works a wonder. Delivery was very fast, 1 day. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the charger provided doesn't work. It made me panic at the start as I thought it was the laptop not working, but when plugged to a different charger it worked fine.

The website is well presented. The product selection process experience is clear and easy to follow. The phone are all well priced. The delivery is fast. The product works perfectly. What more could you ask for!

Great service, very responsive. Very quick delivery. Queries always answered promptly. First problem was the first phone supplied was of poor visual quality, asked for 'Excellent' but phone had a lot of wear around the edges and a number of deep dents in the corners. Asked for replacement. Response to replacement request was also very quick. Replacement phone was much better quality just a couple of very minor marks. Second problem was lack of detail in responses regarding replacement request. the only selections when creating a return are 'Refund' or 'Repair/Replace'. It would be better if 'Repair/Replace' were 2 separate options. I was told once the first phone was returned I would be contacted by the supplier but this did not happen. I only received an email saying that a device was being shipped, with no detail of whether the original phone was repaired or replaced. This is possibly due to the fact that Reebelo use a number of suppliers over whom they may not have a lot of control. Some suppliers seem to have different quality classifications. Overall I was happy with the final result and would use Reebelo again, but would probably just go for the 'Refund' option if any issues arise.
