I recently bought a laptop on Reebelo (the site was acting as an intermediate, referencing another seller which actually sent the laptop). Everything was as advertised (condition, model, delivery date...) so no bad surprise and no complaints, communication was good.
The only things that could be improved were the filters that can be applied during the search, or at least how the information are displayed as there are many models and sellers (in my case for example the delivery date was one of the important criteriae and I had to click on each computer and look for the information) and the information about the warranty, which I will hopefully don't need (is it through Reebelo or the seller?).
