I was a little reluctant to purchase earbuds from a company I'd never heard of, but they were the only option in my price range. Shipping was within a week. The condition was described as "acceptable," but I thought it was a bit better than that. There was a ding on the charging case, and the tips on these earbuds (galaxy buds pro3) are different to get on and off. Someone had unsuccessfully attempted to remove one earbud and had partially ripped it; it was easy enough to remove if one followed instructions. There seemed to be a bit of irregularity with charging and holding a charge, but if this persists, I'll invoke the warranty.
The eartips are too large for my ears and it's been difficult trying to find acceptable ones. That's not a Reebelo issue, that has to do with the design of the earbuds. Reebelo has been outstanding, I am happy with my purchase, and I would gladly purchase from them again!

WOW! I was a little apprehensive buying a big ticket item from a retailer that was new to me. This transaction could not have been smoother! The AIO computer was VERY well packaged and arrived in perfect condition in like 3 days. I am on my way back to the Rebelo site now to purchase the warranty. Very glad I found Rebelo as I could actually afford the all in one computer that I WANTED instead of having to settle for something based on my budget. You will not go wrong with Rebelo!
