We offer free delivery throughout Canada. Currently, we do not offer any international shipping.
All orders are processed and sent out by our partners within 1-2 business days. Orders are not sent out or processed on weekends and public holidays.
Please note that once we ship an order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit. That being said, Reebelo’s customer service team will help track orders and resolve any issue with the shipping provider if ever needed.
All product pages show an estimated delivery time, but please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. When placing your order, order processing and transit time are used to calculate the estimated delivery date; however, some orders may take longer due circumstances beyond our control.
We endeavor to fulfill all orders in major metro areas within 3-5 business days and within 5-8 business days in rural areas. If there are any significant delays when processing your order, Reebelo will be in touch via email.
Once an order is processed and verified, we will provide the Buyer with a confirmation and a tracking number via email.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and up to date. Reebelo is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
While not common, there may be an instance where the tracking of the package confirms delivery but the customer is unable to locate the package. In such instances, the customer must make the claim within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of their item(s). Any claims submitted after this 14-day period will be automatically rejected and the item(s) will not be eligible for a refund. The delivery date is considered the date on which the shipment tracking indicates the item(s) were successfully delivered to the provided address. To make a claim within the 14-day period, the customer can log into their account, go to My orders, locate the item(s) and click Help and follow the prompts to submit a claim.
